General Electric Co. GE Shares Up 0.20% in Morning Session
General Electric Company’s subsidiary, Bank BPH SA announced that it has signed a credit facility agreement with another General Electric Company’s subsidiary, GE Capital International Holding Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement Bank BPH SA will be provided with a revolving credit facility of PLN 11,100,000,000. The contract was signed for an eight-year period and its rate is based on WIBOR and the margin.
