Perfumania Holdings, Inc. the “Company” received a notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market “NASDAQ” advising that, because we did not file our Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended May 2, 2009 by the due date, we are not in compliance with Listing Rule 5250 c1, which requires timely filing of all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The NASDAQ notice provided us 60 calendar days to submit a plan to regain compliance.
