Uranium Energy Corp announces that it has now started to a formal asset purchase agreement (the “APA”) with Everest Exploration Inc. (“Everest”) to fully acquire the assets of Everest including its 1%-interest of the South Texas Mining VentureL.L.P.(”STMV”), a Texas limited liability partnership.

In able to purchase Everest’s assets, the company has agreed to make an aggregate payment of $1000000 and issued 200,000 shares of their common stocks. And the closing of the APA is subject to a number of conditions that includes the receipts of both parties of certain consents and proper releases.
