Ensco International Inc. ESV Trading Up 0.67% in Morning Session

Ensco International Inc. said Tuesday that shareholders have approved its plan to move the energy company’s legal home to the United Kingdom from Delaware as part of its plan to boost its worldwide business operations.

The move is effective Wednesday. The new name of the company will become Ensco International PLC and Ensco’s ordinary shares will begin trading as American depository shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
