Arrow Electronics, Inc. ARW, Latin America Included in an Expanded Agreement Between Microsoft and Arrow Electronics

electronics1An agreement between software giant Microsoft and electronics company Arrow Electronics now covers Latin American costumers. The licensing agreement between the two companies will mean that Microsoft technology needs of consumers in Latin America can now be filled via Arrow Electronics.

Loyal Arrow Electronics consumers from Europe, New Zealand, Australia and North America have been enjoying the benefits of this licensing agreement for a while now. With the implementation of the expanded agreement, Arrow Electronics can now sell and market Microsoft embedded product license in South America. This includes the entire range of Microsoft offerings from smart phone operating systems to server requirements. Other products involved in the agreement include Windows Embedded Standard, XPe, CE, Sever and POSReady.

According to Arrow Electronics VP for marketing and asset management David West, their company has always looked for new avenues to provide better value and services to their customers. The new expanded agreement will further allow them to cater to the needs of the Latin American markets.
